Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by phone. Walk-in availability is subject to capacity and test type.

Turnaround times typically range from 24–48 hours. These are standard estimates and may vary based on test complexity, volume, or unforeseen lab processing delays.

At this time, home sample collection is not available. For alternative arrangements or additional assistance, please contact our support team.

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays.
